These terms apply when you use Agentic Website or purchase a course offered here. The site is operated by Wandering Studio Pte Ltd, trading as Synscribe. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Using this site
You must be at least 18 and use this site lawfully. Do not disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use its content to infringe another person's rights. Automated access is welcome when it respects our robots instructions, does not overload the service, and complies with applicable law.
The open-source template
Code made available through the Agentic Website Template repository is governed by the licence included in that repository. The licence applies to the code it covers. Synscribe names, logos, course content, articles, and other site materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless we say otherwise.
Courses and staged releases
Course descriptions, included material, release stages, and the price due today are shown on the relevant course and checkout pages. Some courses launch in stages, so later lessons may be added after your purchase.
SEO/GEO Course enrollment includes lifetime access to the course and its future updates. “Lifetime” means for as long as Synscribe operates and makes that course available. It does not mean the purchaser's lifetime. If we discontinue the course, we will make a reasonable effort to give enrolled participants notice and a practical way to retain the available materials where possible.
Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable right to access the course. You may not resell, publish, share, or reproduce course material except where the law permits.
Included Synscribe AI Agent access
SEO/GEO Course enrollment includes two months of access to the Synscribe AI Agent starting after enrollment. The AI Agent is a separate private-beta product that supports research, planning, site audits, and performance tracking. It is optional, and you can complete the course and its work without it.
The included period does not automatically become a paid subscription. After it ends, course participants may choose to subscribe separately for $200 per month. The separate subscription includes one 30-minute coaching session for each active subscription month and is governed by the terms shown when you subscribe.
Coaching and Slack access
Synscribe assigns a coach after successful enrollment. Course enrollment includes one 30-minute coaching session in each of the course's first two months. Sessions focus on the highest-leverage question you bring, such as debugging performance, exploring the search landscape, or choosing the next experiment. Sessions must be booked within the applicable month and do not roll over unless Synscribe agrees otherwise.
The course is self-directed. Coaching does not include lesson delivery, ongoing training, implementation, or execution of your strategy. You remain responsible for preparing for each session, making decisions, and completing the work.
The participant Slack channel is for Synscribe AI Agent product questions and feature requests during the included access period and any later active subscription. Done-for-you services are a separate engagement, subject to fit, scope, pricing, and a separate agreement.
Course applications and enrollment
Applying for the SEO/GEO Course does not commit you to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. Synscribe reviews each application for fit based on the applicant's goals, business context, time commitment, and expectations of the course.
If your application is accepted, Synscribe will send you a private payment link. Your place is confirmed only after payment is received. The offered place is held for 24 hours after the payment link is sent and may then be released to another applicant if payment has not been completed.
Enrolled participants receive an onboarding email and access to the available course material after payment.
Payments and refunds
Stripe processes course payments. Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout says otherwise, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes or card charges. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase by emailing raymond@synscribe.com. After that period, purchases are final except where applicable law requires a refund or we do not provide the purchase as described.
No promised search results
The template, courses, examples, and site content are educational resources. Search engines, AI systems, markets, and third-party platforms change. We do not guarantee rankings, indexing, citations, traffic, revenue, leads, or any other business result. You remain responsible for reviewing changes before using them on a production website.
Third-party services
The site links to and relies on third-party services, including GitHub, Stripe, hosting, analytics, and email providers. Their separate terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or policies.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, template, and course materials are provided as available without implied warranties. Synscribe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Our total liability for a paid course claim will not exceed the amount you paid for that course. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will publish the revised date here. The laws of Singapore govern these terms. We will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. If that does not work, the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
