Privacy policy

We keep limited first-touch attribution in your browser for up to 90 days. It may include campaign tags, the domain and URL of an external referrer with its query removed, your first landing page, and up to five recent pages on this site. This context is sent with a form submission so we can understand how an enquiry reached us. We discard unrelated query values.

If PostHog analytics is enabled, it processes website usage and technical information to help us understand and improve the site. We do not send form fields or attribution details to PostHog. You can clear site data or block browser storage in your browser settings.

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess course fit, contact applicants about the course, provide sample chapter access, send the course updates you request, deliver purchases, understand site performance, prevent abuse, keep the service reliable, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We use providers that help us operate the site and fulfil your requests. These may include Vercel for hosting, our configured email provider for form delivery, PostHog for analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot checks when enabled, and Stripe for course checkout and payments. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments. These providers may process information outside Singapore or your home country.

Browser attribution expires after 90 days. We review enquiry and course application, and course update records at least once a year and delete them when they are no longer needed for the purpose described above, unless a longer period is required for a contract, dispute, or legal obligation. Hosting, security, payment, analytics, and email providers keep operational records under their own retention schedules. You may unsubscribe from course updates or request deletion at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, or withdraw consent for future communications. Contact us at privacy@synscribe.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. This site and its courses are intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
